We are fully aware and appreciate how clients feel when first contemplating taking their problems to counselling. These feelings can in some cases prevent clients from making that first step until situations become unbearable.

It might be in your interest to make an exploratory phone call to see if we could offer you the help you think you might need. You would be under no obligation to take matters further if you did not want to, but it would allow you to make an informed judgement.

We know from experience that by opening up and allowing repressed feelings to surface, within a safe relationship is the first step in moving forward to a happier and more enjoyable life.

We endeavour to ensure that our clients feel that they are never on their own and that we are here for them at all times throughout their journey. When normal counselling sessions are not able to be conducted, we can keep in contact either by telephone or skype.
